$150 per week. Minimum 12 months.
Light filled office with total area 80 sq. Your allocated space would be 1.5m x 4.750. Will fit large desk and cupboard space.
Would suit business in complementary type industry but open to others. Not available to competing businesses (no machinery or equipment, storage or high traffic businesses!). Will accept own computer, printer, scanner, fax.
The office is situated amongst a small boutique complex of 5 offices. We have a real estate agent, hairdresser, whole sale cake shop, cafe deli opening soon. A bus stop on the corner to Merrylands and Parramatta. We are a 11.2km or 15 min drive to Parramatta and 6.8km or 12min drive to Merrylands.
